Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by AliPay Digital Solution (ADS). Use this page to submit a formal Data Deletion Request, or contact us directly at privacy@alipaydigitalsolution.com.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Personal profile (name, phone number)
KYC identity documents and selfie photos
Flight request history
SMS notification logs
In-app notification history
Device preferences and settings

Note: Some data may be retained for up to 5 years where required by applicable financial, legal, or regulatory obligations (e.g., KYC records under AML regulations). We will inform you of any data we are legally required to retain.
