Terms of Service

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and AliPay Digital Solution (ADS) ("Company") upon registration and use of the AliPay Digital Solution mobile application. By creating an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AliPay Digital Solution app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use AliPay Digital Solution
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Corporate users must be authorized representatives of their organization

3. Your Commitments

By creating an AliPay Digital Solution account, you commit to:

• Providing truthful, complete, and current information at all times
• Maintaining the accuracy of your profile and travel documents
• Using the platform solely for legitimate personal or business travel purposes
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Treating all AliPay Digital Solution staff and support personnel with respect
• Safeguarding your account credentials and not sharing them with others
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Our Commitments to You

AliPay Digital Solution (ADS) commits to:

• Processing your flight requests within 24 hours on business days
• Protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Communicating transparently about pricing, availability, and request status
• Providing prompt support for account and KYC issues
• Notifying you of any changes to this Agreement with reasonable notice
• Maintaining the security and reliability of the AliPay Digital Solution platform

5. Services Description

AliPay Digital Solution provides a flight ticket request and booking assistance platform for Nepal. Our services include:

• Flight ticket request submission and processing
• KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification
• Real-time request status updates via SMS and in-app notifications
• Remittance service information and assistance
• Customer support for travel and booking inquiries

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AliPay Digital Solution only in accordance with these guidelines:

• Requests must be for real, planned travel — not speculative or test submissions
• You must be the passenger or an authorized representative of the passenger
• Do not attempt to manipulate pricing or exploit pricing errors
• Do not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access our services
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Do not submit fraudulent or misleading flight requests

7. Communication Consent

By registering on AliPay Digital Solution, you expressly consent to receiving:

• OTP messages via SMS for authentication and login
• Transactional SMS notifications for KYC status and request updates
• In-app push notifications for service and account updates
• Email communications related to your account and service

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Transactional and security messages (OTP, KYC, request status) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

8. Intellectual Property

AliPay Digital Solution (ADS) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AliPay Digital Solution application for personal, non-commercial use subject to this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AliPay Digital Solution (ADS).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AliPay Digital Solution is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy of airline schedules, prices, or availability displayed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AliPay Digital Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AliPay Digital Solution (ADS) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of this Agreement, your use of the service, or your submission of inaccurate information.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate immediately if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use AliPay Digital Solution ceases immediately, and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or via SMS. Your continued use of AliPay Digital Solution after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
